Lyn Dillman is a certified Parent Coach through PCI® of Bellevue and a Certified Positive Parenting Educator. She has 30 plus years of teaching experience including pre-school through 5th grade. Over the past 35 years she has worked with people of all ages from infant - 90’s.
Her approach honors the primacy of the parent-child relationship and the belief that parents are the best experts on their children. Lyn works to reflect and develop each parent's "inner wise parent", building on existing strengths and offering new skills to help create a mutually respectful, joyful parent-child bond.
Lyn completed her B.A. degree at the University of Washington. She earned a Masters in Psychology from Antioch, Seattle, with an emphasis in family therapy and child/adult development. Continuing professional development has included training with Daniel Siegel in 'Interpersonal Neurobiology' and leadership training through the Institute forCreative Development. In addition to her work as a parent coach and educator, Lyn currently teaches and offers parent support at the Attic Learning Community in Woodinville, WA. (www.the-attic.org)
